Every listing gives you the essentials upfront: grain type, quality test results, moisture levels, storage conditions, sustainability practices, and the Verified Value Index score. You see the total tonnage, pallet count, and all metadata needed to make a confident buying decision.
When you're ready to buy, you can either place a full escrow-backed bid or use our financing option.
Option A — Full Escrow Bid
You fund the full bid amount upfront. A 20% portion is held as a commitment deposit to secure the lot.
Option B — 80/20 Credit Line
Our financial partner can fund up to 80% of the trade value, including logistics if needed.
You simply provide a 20% deposit and a post-dated cheque or another accepted repayment instrument.
After your bid is submitted, the trade moves to corridor review.
Before approving a trade, we review the basic conditions along the route using publicly available information. This includes tariffs, geopolitical events, strikes, disruptions, and environmental conditions that may affect movement. If the corridor looks stable, the trade is approved.
Once the corridor is cleared, your trade is confirmed. We prepare the cargo at our facility and begin assembling your export documentation. You receive a clear pickup schedule and the final details for dispatch.
You handle your own trucking, rail, ocean shipment, and import pathway. At pickup, your pallets are loaded, sealed, and issued with a single QR code for the shipment. A monitoring device is placed inside the container to track conditions throughout the journey.
Once your container arrives, you simply scan the QR code on the pallet. This unlocks the complete shipment package in one place: quality test history, climate summary, export documents, and a route summary generated from the container’s monitoring device.
This gives you clarity and assurance the moment your goods arrive.
